President & CEO
Kirk Smith joined the Greater Flint Health Coalition in May 2005. He was appointed President & CEO by the GFHC Board in June of 2010 after serving six months as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his appointment, Kirk served as the GFHC's Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. He holds a Master of Health Service Administration (MHSA) from The University of Michigan School of Public Health, as well as baccalaureate degree in Psychology from The University of Michigan.
