Children's Oral Health Education Campaign
The Children’s Oral Health Education Campaign Workgroup holds the following outcome options:
- To provide outreach and education to families and caregivers of children ages 0 through 5 years at high risk for developing dental caries/tooth decay.
- To increase the percentage of parents and caregivers of children ages 0 through 5 years recognizing the importance of oral health.
- To reduce the severity and number of dental problems in young children identified by screening programs in the community.
- To increase provider awareness of children’s oral health issues.
