Partnership Activities
Genesee
Health Plan (GHP) is a health coverage program for
low income residents of Genesee County. A product of
the Coalition, GHP's mission is to improve the health
of uninsured Genesee County residents. By helping to
pay for doctor visits, prescriptions, lab tests and
x-rays, GHP provides access to quality health care when
people can't afford or don't qualify for health insurance.
GHP replaces the State Medical Plan (SMP) in Genesee
County and offers outpatient health care coverage to
eligible Genesee County residents.
Genesee County Hispanic/Latino Collaborative is working in harmony to celebrate Hispanic/Latino Culture.
Health Access (formally
Genesee County Community Access Program) is a program funded by a grant from
HRSA (Health Resources & Services Administration) with
matching funds from Ascension Health. The mission of
Health Access is to improve access to quality health
care for uninsured and underinsured residents of Genesee
County.
